Extended Returns Information

For the 2022 holiday season, returnable items purchased between November 11 and December 25, 2022 can be returned until January 31, 2023. You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns.

Returned products MUST include all accessories, and they must be sent in its original packaging. Otherwise, the product will not be returned for a refund. Once the returned item arrives back in our's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. If the product(s) is damaged, not in its original condition or missing parts, we will inform you if you are eligible for a partial refund. This is decided from case to case, depending on the severity of the damages or what parts are missing.
