If for any reasons yourGTRACING products are damaged, malfunctioning or have any issues,GTRACING will take full responsibility for your product within 1 year after the purchase date.
Extend your warranty from 1 to 2 years*(Total of 2 Years):
1. Take a photo of your new GTRACING product. Make sure you get a great shot of your set-up!
2. Post a review of the product (on the product page)and show the reason why you recommend the product.
3. Mail the Screenshot with your Order ID to firstname.lastname@example.org We will review your comment and tell you if the warranty can be extended.
*Note: The warranty period can be extended to a total of two years, including the initial one-year warranty period, for purchases made on the official website. Please retain the original chair as we will provide you with the necessary replacement parts to address any issues that may arise.

missing parts at the time of delivery;
parts damaged at the time of delivery or within 1-year warranty;
inconsistent with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery;
major parts should be included: pillows, cushions, armrests, base, wheels, ect.

Please remember, product returned for warranty claims must be accompanied by the original order number as well as written details regarding the problem, the location of the product, etc.
