Warranty Policy
How to Get Your Extended Warranty (Total of 2 Years):
1.Check your email: After your purchase, we'll automatically send you an email inviting you to leave a review.
2.Click the link & rate: Open the email and click the rating link. You'll be automatically redirected to our third-party review platform.
3.Share your experience:
- Select a Star Rating.
- Write a product review in the "Tell us more about your experience" section.
- Click Submit.
4.Take a screenshot: After submitting your review, take a screenshot of the review page. This is your proof of submission.
5.Email us: Send the screenshot and the following information to our official customer service email:
- Your Order ID
- The email address used for your purchase
Please use "Warranty Extension Request" as your email subject so we can process it faster

All GTRACING customers qualify for full access to our no questions asked warranty immediately after purchase. If you ever have any inquiries' regarding whether your product is still under warranty, please email us at info@gtracing.com about your warranty status. We will ask for:
- Your Full Name
- Your Order Number
- Your Address
- Label picture, Please find it underneath the seat.
against:
- missing parts at the time of delivery;
- parts damaged at the time of delivery or within 1-year warranty;
- inconsistent with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery;
- major parts should be included: pillows, cushions, armrests, base, wheels, ect.
To Receive Warranty Service, Please:
- Contact our Customer Service Department at info@gtracing.com and advise them of the details issue. Customer Service will provide you with information as to how to proceed.
- Please remember, product returned for warranty claims must be accompanied by the original order number as well as written details regarding the problem, the location of the product, etc.
- If your product is returned, please retain a copy of the shipping information for your records.
