Delivery

GTRACING ships US wide and you will be able to track your order at any time. The cost of shipping your order will be calculated at the checkout. Free shipping for most products except GT099/GT800A/GT901/GT505/Music Series/Gaming Desk series.

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation , unless there are exceptional circumstances. In view of the COVID-19, some orders will be delayed. We'd like to assure you that we're working hard to solve the delivery problems of local courier companies. Please wait patiently. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

 

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order.

 

If your delivery address is geographically remote, for example, certain outlying islands or other isolated locations, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver there. If that is the case, we will notify you before we accept your order. In addition, orders cannot be delivered to PO Box or similar addresses.

 

Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.

 

Deliveries are made by our trusted courier and take place from Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays. It is not possible to specify a precise time at which a delivery will take place. Please note that the courier may require deliveries to be signed for.

In certain circumstances our delivery partner may provide you with the following optional services when delivering your order, such as (a) signature release: opting out of the requirement to provide a signature on delivery; and/or (b) leave with neighbor, reception or security: re-directing the delivery to a neighbor, reception or security; and/or (c) reschedule a new delivery date: selecting a delivery date that best suits you; and/or (d) re-directing to a collection point: collecting your package from a collection point nearby.

If you order Product(s) for international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. In the event that you return an item, the import duties will be refunded if they were originally included in the purchase price. If they were not included then you will responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office.

 

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the region for which the Product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

 

Delivery Time

Processing time: generally within 1-2 business days

Most of USA: delivery within 3-7 days (may take longer during the holiday season)

Rest of the world: delivery within 7-15 days

Duties & Taxes

 

CUSTOMERS IN  USA. We cover the cost of import duties. You will not receive an additional bill from the courier. If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or region, import duties will not be applicable, however, you may have to pay VAT or local sales taxes.

For all other customers, import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority. You will not have to pay VAT or sales taxes, but there may be other local taxes that you need to pay to receive your order.

 

Pre-orders

 

All items are available to ship unless it is a pre-order item. Customers will be placed on a priority waiting list for pre-order items. All pre-order items have an estimated ship date, which indicates the date that the item will ship out from the warehouse, but these items may arrive sooner or later than specified. The estimated shipping date is published online.

Please note: Although we do our best to ensure our estimated arrival date is as accurate as possible, this is a provisional date and therefore is subject to change as we receive further delivery information from the supplier.

 

Credit cards are charged at the time of the pre-order, subject to our usual fraud checks. If a pre-ordered item will not ship out by the estimated shipping date, the customer will be notified and, at the customer’s election, either refunded in full or provided with an updated estimated shipping date. If an order includes both available and pre-ordered items, at least two separate deliveries will be most likely made to the customer.

 

 

Price & payments

 

The price of Products is as quoted on the Site from time to time.

 

The currency will be set according to your location and displayed at checkout. Please note that $ always refers to USD.

 

Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be automatically added (at the cost shown) to the total amount due when you view the items in your shopping cart

 

Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

 

You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. We also carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card, and Products will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this.

30 DAYS RETURN GUARANTEE

Returned products MUST include all accessories, and they must be sent in its original packaging. Otherwise, the product will not be returned for a refund. Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of delivery. Once the returned item arrives back in our's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. If the product(s) is damaged, not in its original condition or missing parts, we will inform you if you are eligible for a partial refund. This is decided from case to case, depending on the severity of the damages or what parts are missing.

  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Items must include original packaging
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.(We will charge a return fee depending on the model of the item)
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, we refund the cost of the product itself.(Free shipping items will be charged 20% of it's price.The specific fee includes shipping fee, re-stocking, racking, operating.)
  • Returns not made on request will take additional time to process, and we reserve the right to charge additional fees.
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements or without contacting official customer service

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:

  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect. (i.e. if you changed your mind or if you are unhappy with the product for some other reason)
  • Buyer’s accidental returns
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found by our quality control to be in working condition
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

And it is your responsibility that the package arrives safely to us, so we recommend that you use a courier service where it is possible to track the shipment.

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

    We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

    • Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
    • Washed, worn, used or misused items.

    If you still want to return when it exceeds 30 days, the return shipping fees should be at buyer's responsibility, and we'll charge 50% or more for the usage or we may provide the replacement of the spare part instead within the warranty period.

      Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:

      1. If your item is returnable (see above), please submit a ticket in our Support Center stating your:

      • Order Number
      • Product Name
      • Reason for Return

      2.Our customer service team will respond to your request within 48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address.

      3.Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

      4. As soon as we have received the product(s) and made an inspection we will inform you of our decision. If a refund is approved we will automatically credit the purchase to your credit card or original method of payment.
