There is a difference in the manufacturing process between the two types of customization, with pattern customization being more complex and requiring more time to complete.

4. Are there any restrictions on uploading pattern?
Please upload a clear PNG file with a recommended size of at least 2500 x 2500 pixels. If your image does not meet the size requirements or is too complex, we will contact you to assist with the customization process.
5. Can I change my custom order?
If you need to change your custom order, please contact us immediately after receiving the confirmation email. We will try our best to meet your requirements, but we cannot guarantee that the change is feasible.
6. What is the delivery time?
Delivery usually takes 15-20 days.

Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except for quality issues.

For returns due to non-quality-related reasons, such as accidental orders, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Returned products MUST include all accessories, and they must be sent in its original packaging. Otherwise, the product will not be returned for a refund. Once the returned item arrives back in our's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. If the product(s) is damaged, not in its original condition or missing parts, we will inform you if you are eligible for a partial refund. This is decided from case to case, depending on the severity of the damages or what parts are missing.
