Returned products MUST include all accessories, and they must be sent in its original packaging. Otherwise, the product will not be returned for a refund. Once the returned item arrives back in our's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. If the product(s) is damaged, not in its original condition or missing parts, we will inform you if you are eligible for a partial refund.
